  • These are the best bodybuilding workout
  • Barbell Squat. 4 sets, 5 reps.
  • Dumbbell Lunges. 3 sets, 8 reps.
  • Leg Extensions. 2 sets, 10 reps.
  • Lying Leg Curls. 2 sets, 10 reps.
  • Standing Calf Raises. 2 sets, 10 reps.
  • Hanging Leg Raise. 2 sets, 15 reps.

  4. Barbell squatting is everyone's cup of tea. That set is so painful, not when you are doing your workout but Just after one when you start feeling the pain. Same goes to lunges. They are so enjoyable when you are used to them
