Guys did you know it is great for your for your heart, cholesterol, and blood pressure to exercise everyday whether you choose to walk, bicycle or jog exercising can increase your heart rate and burn calories

EXERCISE 3: Hanging Purpose: To shape and develop the lower Rectus abdominis.Knee Raises
EXERCISE 4: Seated Leg Tucks Purpose: To develop the upper and lower Rectus abdominis.
EXERCISE 5: Exercise Ball Pull-in Purpose: To shape and develop the lower Rectus abdominis. EXERCISE 6: Ab Crunch Machine Purpose: To shape and develop the upper and lower Rectus abdominis.
